The Kentucky Coolers ready-to-drink cocktail line comes in four flavors, Strawberry Punch, Black Cherry Lemonade, Sweet Tea Lemonade, and Citrus Punch. In a March 2023 press release put out by Jim Beam, the brand states that the drinks have a “light bourbon taste” and “bourbon notes.” However, despite Jim Beam’s status as the “world’s #1 bourbon,” these canned cocktails are malt-based beverages. Kentucky Coolers are full-flavor beverages with “premium” malt alcohol and natural flavors. The drinks contain 120 calories per 12 oz serving and have an alcohol content of 5% ABV.
