White Claw Surge 8% Variety Pack #2

Spring is here and with it, spring showers — no, we’re not talking about rain. We are talking about all of our favorite alcohol brands showering us with new flavors. Among those flavor releases are three new packs from White Claw. Two weeks ago, they released a new vodka + soda variety pack and an all-new line of Tequila Smash ready-to-drink cocktails (RTDs). This week, the third new pack hit shelves, the White Claw Surge Variety Pack #2. This variety flavor pack may be the most exciting of all as it contains four new flavors in the fan-favorite Surge 8% line.

Four High ABV Flavors

White Claw started the year by launching a 0% Hard Seltzer that — it’s safe to say — received a mixed reception. However, the White Claw Surge Variety Pack #2, may be just enough to appease all those 0% nay-sayers. This pack not only has a whopping 8% ABV, but it also contains the new-release White Claw flavor Green Apple. Green Apple was only introduced as a flavor in the standard 5% White Claw hard seltzer line last month, and it’s already a fan favorite. The White Claw Surge Variety Pack #2 comes with three other new additions to the Surge line, including Strawberry, Passion Fruit, and Pineapple. These drinks contain 160 calories and 2 grams of carbs and sugar. The ingredients list includes purified carbonated water, alcohol, natural flavors, and cane sugar.

Everything We Know

To say that White Claw is a popular brand would be the understatement of the year. White Claw isn’t just the top-selling hard seltzer brand, it is the second top-selling alcoholic brand in the world (The Spirits Business, 2023). Thus, having three new releases in two weeks from White Claw feels like a very big deal. All-in-all, the brand is giving us twelve brand-new flavors to try.
